Terms & Conditions — ad111 Platform Rules

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference:

• "Account" means the personal registered account opened by a Player on the ad111 platform for the purpose of accessing real-money gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by ad111.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the account registration process on ad111 and clicking to confirm your agreement during sign-up, or by continuing to use the Platform after any updated version of these Terms has been published, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of ad111 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

3.1 Age Requirement

Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed, all deposits refunded where possible, and all winnings forfeited. ad111 will not be liable for any losses incurred by an underage player prior to detection.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

3.3 Mental Capacity & Voluntary Participation

You confirm that you are not acting under the influence of alcohol or substances that impair judgment when placing wagers, and that your participation in real-money gaming is entirely voluntary. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that ad111 is not responsible for any losses sustained through your use of the Platform.

4. Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming on ad111, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account at ad111. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited. ad111 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same individual and to void all pending withdrawals and bonus-linked winnings upon detecting duplicate accounts.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. ad111 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. 4.4 KYC Verification

ad111 is required to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age and identity verification; a utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the last three months for proof of address; and a mobile wallet screenshot or bank statement for payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ad111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and approved local bank transfers to partnered financial institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ad111 does not accept deposits in foreign currency.

5.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ad111 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds at any time with notice published on the Platform. No fees are charged by ad111 on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. ad111 will endeavour to process all approved withdrawals as promptly as possible. Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where the payment provider's systems permit this.

5.4 Source of Funds

By making a deposit on ad111, you confirm that the funds being deposited are lawfully owned by you and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise illegal activity. ad111 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ad111 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on each promotion's detail page. Wagering contributions may vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while table games and live casino products may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the promotional validity period specified for each offer will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without notice. ad111 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6.4 Abuse Prevention

ad111 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has attempted to abuse any promotional offer through low-risk hedging strategies, exploitation of bonus terms, use of multiple accounts, or any other method designed to circumvent the intended purpose of the promotion.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on ad111 are final once confirmed by the Platform. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount, and odds before confirming a wager. ad111 will not accept claims for bet cancellation or amendment after confirmation has been received by the Platform's systems.

7.2 Void Bets

ad111 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest error in pricing, an obvious technical malfunction, or where the outcome of the event was known at the time the bet was placed. Voided bets will be refunded to the Player's Account balance in full.

7.3 Cricket & Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on ad111 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series featuring the Bangladesh Tigers — are governed by the specific rules published on each market's page. In-play bets are accepted in real time subject to availability and are final upon acceptance by the Platform's trading systems.

7.4 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per Player. These limits are published on the relevant sports and game pages. ad111 reserves the right to adjust maximum payout limits at any time without prior notice.

8. Casino Games

All casino games available on ad111 — including but not limited to slots, live dealer tables, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The rules for each game are governed by that game's in-built rules and the rules published by the relevant game studio.

All RNG-based games on the Platform operate on random number generator technology that has been independently certified for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in secure studio environments under continuous third-party oversight.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the Platform will complete the round using the last confirmed action received from the Player's device. 9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ad111. Engaging in any of the below activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register while under the age of 21.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating more than one Account simultaneously or registering a new account while a previous account is suspended or closed.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other Players to fix game outcomes, share hole cards in live poker variants, or otherwise manipulate game results.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform or any game to gain unfair advantage. Winnings generated from known or suspected exploits will be voided.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money in any form.
• Charging back a deposit through your payment provider after wagering those funds on the Platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Platform staff or other Players through any communication channel.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ad111 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name ad111, logos, design elements, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and compiled data — is the intellectual property of ad111 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ad111. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in account suspension and legal action.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

ad111 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at ad111.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Responsible Gaming

ad111 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and stake limits from within their Account settings. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a cooling-off period of 1, 7, 14, or 30 days. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ad111 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the accuracy of any odds, game results, or content displayed thereon.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ad111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ad111 will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date shown at the top of this document will be updated to reflect any revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and ad111 relating to your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact ad111's support team at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. ad111 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents ad111 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
